BC Rent Bank’s 2025/26 Impact Report shows how short-term financial help can keep people securely housed during moments that might otherwise lead to losing their home. This year’s impact data and renter stories highlight rising demand for rent bank services, the challenges people are experiencing in today’s economic climate, and how often a small loan or grant is enough to prevent an eviction.

Take a look at the last 12 months of the program by exploring our 2025/26 Impact Report.

2025/26 Causes for Celebration:

  • Distributed more than $3.5 million to keep 4,044 people housed and connected to essential utilities.
