Number of People Referred to Another Agency for Supplemental Supports *A supplementary support is a service such as advocacy, mediation, tenancy rights, assistance applying for benefits, food/clothing provision, and counselling services. “Referred to another agency” means directing an individual to a resource outside your organization.
